Dialworks is a fixed-scope product studio run by Finney Koshy, whose background in full-stack engineering and AI products shapes the way the studio reads a situation, decides what to build, and ships it. Its practice brings together discovery, a written scope, and a build that moves while the client sleeps: a staging link within two days of kickoff, one price, one date.
The identity is structured around that same logic. A sundial — a fin, a plate, and the shadow it casts — stands for time made visible by something that holds still. Drawn from one ellipse and one axis, the mark is tilted sixteen degrees so it reads as an object on a surface rather than a diagram.
From this foundation, the visual language translates Dialworks with restraint: white and ink, one grotesk, one monospace, and diagrams where other studios would use photography.
